Pros

Free coffee. Some good and smart people. But that's about it.

Cons

Everything! Mainly management has made an environment that if you speak up, or want to learn more, YOU WILL be fired. Everyone is afraid of working outside the box. The company hires people out of technical school and these people think that they are hot stuff.

Employee powered environment and great leadership team.

Cons

Dependent on the work cycle the hours can be long but rewarding.

Pros

Very good positioning in the market. Excellent portfolio, the acquisition of Carpathia is a huge value add for what QTS can offer.

Cons

All business development is left up to the individual rep. It would be nice if there was a greater inside sales presence.
