Good compensation. Good Data Center Company

Cons

Not really a technology service company. Old South culture and doesn't value diversity and creativity. About 5 years back in products and services.

Pros

It's rare to find a culture like we have at QTS. People can be themselves and bring their entire personality to work. We do a lot for the community and sincerely walk the talk. Are we perfect? Well no company is...but, it sure is nice to show up every day and be the same person at work that I am at home or at the store.

Cons

Fast growth can cause confusion in roles, but I see that as a good problem.

Pros

There aren't really any pros to working here, aside from the fact that you get paid.

Cons

The new owners have decimated the majority of the departments. Most departments are being forced to move to Georgia. They're pushing the idea of getting promoted to stay in Georgia, but they're capping the raise for promotions at 10%. I don't think they can even hire anyone anymore.
