"Pack of Wolves" I have never worked for a team that is so supportive and available to everyone and anyone to assist a teammate. Every opportunity, small or large, I feel I always have the ENTIRE team on my side.... folks hop on planes, trains, ubers, etc. from across the country don't even blink an eye when it comes to helping a QTS'er.

Cons

Wish I had a window view. :-/ Small price to pay compared to all the benefit$$ QTS offers.

QTS is a great company that truly strives to provide nothing but the best service for our customers and has an incredible workplace environment for all employees operating on an open door policy. This company is filled with smart, hard working people who are laser focused on providing customers with the best experience possible. This makes work enjoyable and provides a real feeling of purpose and building something that matters.

Cons

Not a con so much as a reality - constant change is the norm. Not everyone is comfortable with this.
