Pros

Beautiful & clean facility. Majority of coworkers are very pleasant. Relaxed dress code.

Cons

Backstabbing management. They will tell you Monday they want you to work on ABC, then say they want XYZ 2 days later. By Fri, you're in trouble because you didn't finish ABC despite the change in project direction & will throw you under the bus. Product training is pathetic! The attention grabber is some static picture of an office environment & 2 people w a situation narrated in crazy voices/dialects. I'm not sure if they are trying to be cute, ironic, or what, but it's annoying & distracting. Personally, I just click through the modules just to get to the quiz part so I can get it done & go back to my projects. At least they treat employees better than the contractors. The they let 1 recently go when he/she was getting behind on a project, but was legitimately sick, seeking medical help, & had doctor notes to rest. Finally, employee parking is a nightmare, but promises from management that it's only temporary.

"Equal opportunity"

Pros

- Equal opportunity no matter if you are getting high at work, watching YouTube all day or doing your job, at the end of the year you will get your 2-3% increase anyway. - You can come to work high or come in and get high, management won't care as long some is doing all the work. - You will learn a lot since you may have to do everyone else job, not because they want you to learn but because the company want to save money or some people have not idea of what they are doing and will pass the work around.

Cons

- There is a glass ceiling, so you will only move up when someone resigned, is nicely forced to resigned or walk out, if someone retires or is nicely forced to retired. The other way to move up is moving to Suwanee and leave everything behind. - HR dont question why people leave. They will take management side without asking people why they are really leaving the company. But also HR is one of the reason why employees leave the company. - Only upper managements relatives who work in the company get away with their mistake. The other employes can not argue or complain about decision made or mistake made by those people. Relatives workers are untouchable. - Bottom line, if you need a job and can take a lot of BS from coworkers and management for a few years until you fine something better, go ahead and apply, QTS always have open positions from people who are looking to leave or people that got push out to cover others people mistakes. On the other hand, if you have more options, look the other way.
