Pros

Great team of co-workers. Very dedicated workers that any company would be happy to have as emplyees. Happy with my direct manager.

Cons

Middle to upper managment is out of touch with or doesn't care about the low employee morale. HR is unable to effectivly communicate to the staff issues and solutions to payroll mistakes they caused. Annual raises for hourly workers with good evaluations were a joke. Lots of problems that get talked about, I have yet to see any corrected. It seems the company hopes; If we ingore it long enough it will go away. Some managers seem to think there employees are there just for their entertainment.

Pros

There are a lot of great people in the company and they do care about the customers.

Cons

Poor work life balance, minimum benefits package, poor job security, and management is lacking in all aspects. Moral is in general low and little if anything is done to improve it.
