Operational Leadership unable to make decision Positions going unfilled for months Promises of re-org that dont transpire Ruling by intimidation ... Little to no encouragement Unfair promotions Chain reaction in operational problems causing problems in Sales, Development, engineering Not many in Operations who are not looking for work elsewhere. - Lots of potential - Friendly staff - Great management until you hit director level

- Underskilled talent, spanning all departments - All exceptionaly educated talent leave within months - Positions are filled with uneducated personnel - Over worked, consistently missing deadlines - Understaffed, work load is stretched thin - Little to no training budget - Unwilling to lay down hard guidelines for promotion - Low salary, marginal raises, no bonuses - Growing too quickly with out solid foundation - Unqualified people from VP level and above - Too much capital spent towards expanding business and not enough focused toward employee well being
