Pros

Great industry and a growing company

Cons

Passive aggressive, lack of ownership in mistakes, hoarding of information, advancement for unqualified management. All of these can be found at QTS. This company is the definition of toxic culture. Honestly, avoid if at all possible.

We are happy to hear your experience has been positive! In fact, every year, we review our total rewards structure and work tirelessly to ensure that we make enhancements in our programs where the majority of our employees would benefit. QTS believes in community both internally and externally - and encourages QTSers to come together for mentorship, development, succession and supporting each other. We also recognize that employees have individualized needs/desires which may require them to work from home. To support this, we've implemented a work from home plan which enables eligible employees to work up to 52 days per week from home - this is in addition to the flexibility QTS has always afforded for unexpected needs. When factoring in PTO, holidays and volunteer hours, this averages out to 1-2 days per week which our employees have the ability to work remotely. We continue to collect feedback from our people on all of our plans and adjust where needed to ensure that QTS remains a great place to work!
