That being said, we recognize that employees may have individual needs or wants, to work remotely so we implemented a program that affords eligible employees the ability to work remotely throughout the year. This is in addition to the flexibility QTS has always afforded employees when unplanned needs arise, causing employees to work remotely. When factoring in these scenarios plus our 15+ PTO days , 4 volunteer days, and 10+ holidays - we feel we've created a robust flex offering that aligns with our values and in-office culture.
