Excellent to hear! Our Q-Rest sabbatical program is a way for employees to take time for rest and renewal - we hope you've been able to take advantage of this program or have it planned in the horizon!

Pros

Great place to be for grow as an engineer, you are provided with the support and resources to be successful. Leadership supports you all the way.

Cons

Work for home policy, you are given 52 days a year which equates to only 1 day a week for wfh. Promotes hybrid work but really one day a week is not considered hybrid. It's on-site.

QTS takes pride in the many ways which employees can grow their careers and develop professionally - a few of these include career pathing, mentoring, Q-Career, gigs, and leadership positions within our ERGs. We also offer new leader training, assimilations and leadership development for those who aspire to be leaders in the company. QTS embraces an in office culture which we feel best supports development, succession planning, volunteerism, mentorship and a number of other benefits when we can all come alongside each other. That being said, we recognize that employees may have individual needs or wants, to work remotely so we implemented a program that affords eligible employees the ability to work remotely throughout the year. This is in addition to the flexibility QTS has always afforded employees when unplanned needs arise, causing employees to work remotely. When factoring in these scenarios plus our 15+ PTO days , 4 volunteer days, and 10+ holidays - we feel we've created a robust flex offering that aligns with our values and in-office culture.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience including QTS' challenging yet rewarding work environment. Our employee value proposition stands for culture, growth and reward - almost everything we do at QTS strives to enrich each of these pillars of our EVP. In fact, QTS' annualized retention is greater than 86% - higher than some of the top brands in the world! Though we are proud of our high retention scores, we know that it takes everyone, including management to continue to foster the type of work environment that enables our employees to thrive and do their best work! Thank you for your support!
