      Pros

      There is a great work-life balance for certain departments, they try to make their employees happy. There is a lot of growth in the company. If you like to feel comfortable in your role with very few challenges this is the company for you

      Cons

      QTS is a very conservative company and not like most tech jobs. They have an in-office mindset and lack a modern tech culture. The CEO prays during company-wide required meetings. The PTO and pay is not generous or aligned with the industry. There are favorites amongst groups and lots of poor communication.

      Not much to share. Some things can be difficult with everything changing so much

      As with any fast paced, high growth company, there are growing pains and that's where you've got to decide if you are up for the challenge and want to be a part of something truly special.
