Pros

The company follows their core values and treats employees with respect. They value volunteerism, family, and are flexible with time off. Training is provided.

Pros

QTS fosters a culture for truly caring about people, whether they are employees, customers, or contractors. The company is very generous in unstructured perks and encourages employees to be more than just workers by allowing company time to be volunteered towards charitable causes and setting up quality relationship building events with fellow workers. This is not a company for those who want to coast and be promoted solely based on tenure.

Cons

So highly matrixed that it can be difficult for a new employee to find those who can help with different with business resources and practices and it creates many 1-of-1 unicorn employees within the company.
