Pros

Like anywhere, there were some nice people.

Cons

Unclear compensation plan and commissions tracking, poor focus on customers, reticence to maintain data center and network infrastructure, inability to execute. Clear line between management and line-level with things like secure coffee areas that were restricted from "the masses."

Good place for data center experience with plenty of work to do

Cons

Staff in some departments kept frustratingly low. Strange and problematic changes made by corporate that even customers question. Shifts can fluctuate or be rapidly changed all together. Operations service center seems very disorganized and makes constant mistakes
