Pros

QTS is an amazing place to work. The company truly cares about their employees and their well being. I really enjoy what I do and feel that my ideas are taken into consideration. Everyone I have talked to in the company has been super helpful. The company really does invest in their employees. QTS Journey was one of the best orientation programs I have ever been to. It shows the commitment that QTS has to its employees.

Cons

Being a remote employee, it can be difficult to find time on other employee's schedule. The company is growing and everyone is busy, so that can be expected. That is truly the only "Con" that I can think of.

The project that we are working on is massive and contains some very unique elements. QTS has given me the trust and support to take on new challenges and work to complete some ambitious goals.

Cons

As with any stretch opportunity, there have been bumps in the road. However, I've had a great team that has helped navigate these challenges.
