Pros

Excellent work environment, the company encourages you to take new challenges and offers tools and guidance on how to tackle these so you are not left hanging. Company culture is very inclusive and encourages interaction with others in/out of the team. Management team cares about you, not just your work. WFH days available

Cons

Only thing I can think of is my commute doubled since I started but it is not a dealbreaker.

Our flex policy allows up to 52 work-from-home days annually to empower QTSers with schedule flexibility. This balance aims to support both our community-focused values and individual well-being. Pros

Low stress work environment, friendly co-workers and supervisors, most employees are motivated to do their jobs well, good work schedule, management listens and awards good work. Company is growing quickly

Cons

Not enough repair/maintenance work done by in house technicians, which can negatively affect your skill growth while working here. Would like to see that change over the coming years
