We are happy to hear your experience has been positive! In fact, every year, we review our total rewards structure and work tirelessly to ensure that we make enhancements in our programs where the majority of our employees would benefit. QTS believes in community both internally and externally - and encourages QTSers to come together for mentorship, development, succession and supporting each other. We also recognize that employees have individualized needs/desires which may require them to work from home. To support this, we've implemented a work from home plan which enables eligible employees to work up to 52 days per week from home - this is in addition to the flexibility QTS has always afforded for unexpected needs. When factoring in PTO, holidays and volunteer hours, this averages out to 1-2 days per week which our employees have the ability to work remotely. We continue to collect feedback from our people on all of our plans and adjust where needed to ensure that QTS remains a great place to work!

Pros

Great company that put there employees first. Lots of incentive programs and competitive wages. Ability to promote within if you are a self driven person. This company is growing in ways that we have never experienced with lots of opportunity to grow within or even relocate if needed. I have been with QTS for quite some time and find that it is a great company to work for that promotes work life balance at all times.

Cons

Currently we are growing at a rate that we have never experienced. With fast growth comes growing pains that we are currently working through as a company. QTS is aware of these issues and putting the right people and teams together to get thing under control and headed in the right direction. QTS has always had the ability to rise from challenges and come out on top

Thank you for this advice - communication is one of the key areas of focus, especially as we are in such high growth mode which you've noted. Re-evaluating tools, programs, processes, workflows etc. is the very core of Digitization 3.0 which is happening right now across the business.

Could not agree with you more! You rightfully point out how important communication is to our success and growth. In fact, our CEO frequently states, "We can't solve anything we can't talk about - so lets talk about everything!".
