In fact, we are in the middle of summer when we host our family summer events for all QTSers to enjoy time together. We also sponsor site-wide volunteer opportunities throughout the year to ensure we give back to our communities in which we do business. Hands down best company I have ever worked for. Company is growing very fast which translates to growth and development opportunities, as well as job stability for all. This is an environment where you are treated as an adult, you won't be micromanaged, you have the resources you need to be able to do your job well, and it's encouraged for you to find that balance where you not only will do a good job and make an impact here, but also to take the time to focus on what's important to you at home and in your personal life as well.

Cons

QTS runs lean but is in the process of beefing up our teams. It's a great opportunity to come in and make your mark.
