Career support from everyone at QTS. Great data centers, and team behind the scenes that make sure customers are well supported. Innovation is currently leading the industry which makes the future extremely bright.

Cons

Minimal International locations. Work from office culture.

- Paid time off (less than previous employers) - Work from home is no longer

Thank you for taking the time to post a review! Almost everything we do at QTS has a direct correlation to feedback from our employees. Our PTO accrual increases with years of service and we encourage QTSers to use this time to recharge and renew. We foster an in-office culture where folks can come alongside each other for mentorship, fellowship and development, though recognizing that individual needs to work from home periodically are available.

Chance to take on a lot of responsibilities

Cons

No structure, and no real direction on where to go from upper management they expect you to find the direction and relay it to them. Frustrating at times.
