Aggressive, play to win sales culture. Competitive advantages include: broadest portfolio of services allowing solution portability (colocation, private cloud and managed public cloud). Passionate and committed leadership team. QTS has record leasing volume and a well thought out plan for growth. Awesome place to work with high caliber people!

Amazing leadership team Continued growth as an organization Plenty of opportunities for self development Quickly responds to issues with a solution

Cons

Lack of company multi office events keeps everyone a bit segregated unless you travel frequently and make an effort to meet er co workers. Stock benefits are not great.

"Pack of Wolves" I have never worked for a team that is so supportive and available to everyone and anyone to assist a teammate. Every opportunity, small or large, I feel I always have the ENTIRE team on my side.... folks hop on planes, trains, ubers, etc. from across the country don't even blink an eye when it comes to helping a QTS'er.

Cons

Wish I had a window view. :-/ Small price to pay compared to all the benefit$$ QTS offers.
