      - I admire and support the Core Values - Opportunity to grow but you must want it and not wait for it to be handed to you - Great work environment. - Solutions driven. Always what is best for the customer - Not afraid to make required changes. Portfolio restructure was brave and bold - OK Benefits, Competitive compensation, Financial assistance for career advancement. - Adequate training -I can say I "LOVE" and "ENJOY" my job

      Cons

      Nothing of significance that I would not see at a like organization. What I will say is that if you are a self starter, possess initiative and love a challenge you would not have a problem here.

      Pros

      QTS has a great understanding of our clients needs and provides superior support to our customers. QTS strives to have the correct team in position to provide that support. They have treated me fair at review and raise time and provided raises as I was promoted within that fit the positions i moved to. They have a great benefit package, retirement plan, PTO days available and provide paid holidays each year.

      Cons

      Would like to see additional incentives for tenured employees.
