This company is more like a cult, They micromanage anjd use So many outdated systems that you think you are back in 1995. There is a reason they are private and I assume this is why. If you are a forward thinking employee or client, this is NOT the place to be. There is likely a reason they can underbid and it is not a good thing. For employees, comp and benefits are awful, culture is worse...

Below Average Pay, Healthcare cost double that of other companies which lowers pay even more, bait and switch on job salaries. They will post X amount as the pay then low ball in the interview as they now many just need work. Complete Narcistic taking advantage of people. They know they have so many flaws that they give an extra Vacation and sick days to give people time away. Yep that's a pro and a con in disguise. They buy multiple billion dollar companies a year yet give employees a low percentage raise that's fair outpaced by inflation.
