Pros

- Great pay, benefits, and hybrid/remote work-from-home policy for most corporate roles. - Excellent work/life balance. - Interesting work in a very collaborative environment. - There is always something fun and interesting going on while working at TV Studios. Not to mention the occasional celebrities. - Plenty of extra curricular groups, and close to the West Chester, PA restaurant scene.

Cons

Like many other e-commerce companies these days, QVC is struggling. In my time there, stocks have dropped dramatically, the company has been de-listed from the Nasdaq, and there were several rounds of layoffs with much more likely to come. There is also very little confidence among employees that senior management will be able to right the ship. If you can get a job here, do it because it is a really great work environment for a number of reasons. Just understand there is very little in the way of long-term job security.
