The administrative tasks that you're completing are all Human Resources, Staffing, and Team Member Services related such as time and attendance. This company is on a points system or rather called Reliability and the system is flawed. The systems applications they use do not sync and therefore you're always dealing with issues more so than running your area and leading your team and there is no accountability on those areas or managers. It is all on the area manager to identify and resolve. Everything has to be communicated through email and it's too much back and forth. You do not feel that you're in charge of anything as everything HR and Staffing related are delegated to you to do. You spend more time combing through emails than you do on basic warehouse management. You're basically doing the better part of HR and Staffing's jobs than what they're responsible for. They do not promote from within as they prefer to hire from outside for this position.
