Pros

Training is great fast and no surprises when you start taking calls, what your trained is the type of call you really get. You have access to all your tools and the customer's are great.

Cons

Well the staff is still human and you still have petty /unprofessional people within this company as in all. Still the drama filled call center environment via home. The is a recording of Stacy Moore one of the recruiters tell an person she was interviewing, she wasnt a good fit for the position because she provided her physical address instead of the po box which was listed on her application. The person she interviewed actually use to work for the company before and has 20 years of active customer service skills, but she didnt get the job because she didnt provided the correct address.
