      Great work environment; Easy Job; Great management

      Cons

      Lack of cellphone usage outside of gated facility locker and the need for technology from 2002. If you don’t know how to use an android mp3 player(Because they have this weird beef with apple products) youre going to literally be bored out of your mind and it makes it harder to give 110%.

      The main office remodel is nice.

      Cons

      Everything else. Layoffs for employees without holding management accountable. Chasing after niche market segments that will never improve the bottom line. "Woke" thought. Retail is tough right now, but management is hardly making the right moves to improve our chances of survival. Why would you decide to appeal to 10% of the population when a fraction of that 10% would even shop your company? Wasted effort and screen time.
