      Good work/home life balance. Choice of remote or in office work, if job enables it. Decent pay and benefits.

      Due to size, engineering teams are too silo'd, without enough communication between teams.

      Great work environment; Easy Job; Great management

      Cons

      Lack of cellphone usage outside of gated facility locker and the need for technology from 2002. If you don’t know how to use an android mp3 player(Because they have this weird beef with apple products) youre going to literally be bored out of your mind and it makes it harder to give 110%.
