Wonderful people, fun environment and industry
Cons
Company isn’t doing great and not sure if they can turn it around. The work-life balance also isn’t great, especially in certain areas of the company. The company doesn’t do a great job of prioritizing and so everyone is juggling too much and it often feels like there’s some kind of fire drill that all hands are needed on.
