Pros

They are very responsive to their employees and are attempting to build a positive culture. Encourage and provide time for training and education.

Cons

Bureaucracy gets in the way of execution and progress. Organizational changes make it difficult to settle on a unified vision across varying departments.

Pros

Work from home Morning shifts 8 - 12 7 days a week w/2 days off

Cons

Pay is questionable considering responsibilities and quota's $13/hr Minimal bonus $.15 for every additional sale above and beyond requested item. Holidays are not accumulated but considered a "gift", so if you leave the corp., you lose any acquired untaken holiday pay.
