Pros

-work from home -nice coworkers and managers

Cons

-customers are extremely rude to customer service specialists. You can't transfer the call to a supervisor. You have to handle the situation yourself until the customer hangs up. You're not allowed to hang up on customers even if there's disrespecting you. -terrible hours -virtual software freezes your personal computer constantly -Need a hard wire connection -1 holiday off per year

- healthcare benefits - full time salary was pretty good

Cons

- too much information to keep track of - customer is always right attitude was detrimental to employee sanity - outdated POS system - tech issues constantly; IT unreliable - the amount of days off we were allotted before getting penalized was insane - customers were rude and entitled - lonely working from home; isolated
