Pros

Leadership tries to work with you and offer opportunities for advancement. Good discounts.

Cons

Not great pay for a billion dollar retailer. Also need to work on work life balance for employees.

Pros

Large Company with good benefits, Tech was praised during 2020 because we kicked butt working fully remotely

Cons

With a large company comes a fair amount of red tape. QVC is also fairly old, so there are some ancient technologies you have to maintain despite the business constantly buying new ones...that you also need to support

Pros

Decent benefits, Work life balance is pretty fair depending on your position within the company.

Cons

Low pay compared to other Call centers in the area. Some managers are not totally there to support you. Most have been within the company for years and are set in their ways. They have no intention on revolving. They really need to do a manager and supervisor overhaul.
