Leadership tries to work with you and offer opportunities for advancement. Good discounts.

Cons

Not great pay for a billion dollar retailer. Also need to work on work life balance for employees.

Pros

Decent benefits, Work life balance is pretty fair depending on your position within the company.

Cons

Low pay compared to other Call centers in the area. Some managers are not totally there to support you. Most have been within the company for years and are set in their ways. They have no intention on revolving. They really need to do a manager and supervisor overhaul.

Lack of internal process - cant get anything done Everyone becomes a blocker NO direction on business side - same model as 10 years back minus a focus on digital
