      -work from home -nice coworkers and managers

      Cons

      -customers are extremely rude to customer service specialists. You can't transfer the call to a supervisor. You have to handle the situation yourself until the customer hangs up. You're not allowed to hang up on customers even if there's disrespecting you. -terrible hours -virtual software freezes your personal computer constantly -Need a hard wire connection -1 holiday off per year

      Company is very family oriented. Good work life balance. Never bored and fast paced but will never get in the way of your family life.

      Cons

      Always reactionary, projects start behind from day 1. Lots of change over, new executive leaders rotate a lot.
