Business Outlook
Pros
QxH does a lot for the Team Members in regard to engagement. Healthy amount of time off and competitive pay. Lots of great people who work there at exempt and non-exempt level.
Cons
Building layout and conveyance was poorly designed. Q spent a lot and didn't get the return on the investment. Very challenging to operate at a high output. QxH needs to tighten up spending. GM is a revolving door and AGM doesn't exemplify Q culture.
