Too many simultaneous initiatives/priorities going on Industry not doing too well

A lot of 3rd party systems they have can affect deadlines. Some positions require on-call schedules.

• Too high-pressure and critical of an environment – some act like we’re saving lives when we’re doing nothing of the sort • Terrible pay for the work we do • 10-hour shifts anywhere from 5am-3am any day of the week • Not a lot of positional movement recently • Exhausting hours and extreme manual labor leading to no work-life balance • Expectation for studio floor staff to be at on-air talent’s beck and call • Some coworkers can be judgy/cliquey • This job shouldn’t require a college degree base on the real day-to-day work, glorified warehouse job

Not enough pay Some workers were difficult

Quick violent change, cooperation amongst cross functional teams to be on the same page

Constant new system adoptions without adequate training time, lack of growth opportunities, poor yearly pay increase (little to none), does not foster a motivating environment

Progression and development could be better

MANY rude customers, back to back calls everyday, average call time requirements need to be reevaluated, especially for the demographics of the customers who call in, sometimes it takes 2 minutes for them to just remember what they called about and to verbally explain the problem they are having. AHT should definitely be restructured. The motto "It starts with us" should be taken into consideration in wanting to provide the best customer service and resolve the issues the customer has THE FIRST time they call instead of having to rush them to meet AHT and then not getting their issues completely resolved because we are watching the AHT to get to next call and then customer ends up having to call back in.
