Fully vertical integration of solar in the US. Make and service all solar systems materials.

Cons

VERY poor management by Korean managers the cycle in an out as expats an to me seen clueless. Culture disaster between hard working very experienced workers and unethical managers.

Cons

Leadership doesn't really communicate with engineers. This leaves a lot of the engineers in the dark quite often.
