it's so bad you'll force yourself to learn stuff and get out fast by landing a new job

Cons

everything. pay is awful, management structure is off, it's korean out here..

PTO and Medical benefits are fair. Renewable energy is an up-and-coming industry. Qcells' online presence appears positive to outsiders.

Lack of Diversity (overwhelmingly Korean) Lack of Company Culture (toxic, close-minded leadership) Lack of Upward Mobility/Fair Compensation (limited growth if not Korean, long-term employees are underpaid)
