My time at the Q Cells GA facility in White, GA was truly painful. Disorganized, poor communication due to the language barrier and unrealistic expectations from Korean expatriates who run the operations.

Decision-making by senior management for problem resolution is often delayed or delegated in ways that avoid responsibility, which places extra pressure on employees. Professional growth can be challenging in this environment, as opportunities to gain exposure to industry best practices are extremely rare.
