      Large company and diverse team.

      Was not provided the total OTE prior to signing offer letter - only told the commissions were competitive and that it would be provided within first few weeks. It took months and the OTE was quite low, with the targets being unattainable...

      Good employees, lots of work and projects

      Cons

      Did not pay bonuses this year or give raises. Claimed the company did poorly. The CEO went and lowered employees yearly review scores without speaking to employees to justify his actions. Lots of turnover this year.
