Pros

Decent money for the time being

Cons

Be cautious if you go through agency, they’ll keep you on agency forever with no benefits for some positions and never hire you on or tell you why you’re not getting hired. Company culture is absolutely terrible. Words cannot explain. No opportunity to move to other positions. Whatever department you’re in be prepared to stay there forever.

Pros

Cash compensation was good. Worked with strong individual contributors.

Cons

Business culture values employees who follow orders and strategy from executives without question. Strategy and priorities changed frequently during my time leading to low morale across teams. Its a hard place to work when there is changing focus and unreasonable expectations put on products + teams.
