      No obvious cons except salary.

      The company is operating in alternate universe. The Koreans manage in a way that break US laws and they hire some of the most wicked personal to enforce that on American employees including the department of human. The work environment is highly toxic, racist and it dogs eat dogs. Stay away even from white collar jobs at this company. You will regret it . Don't be fooled by pay which may lure some people. Your health & Mental health will suffer significantly.
