      15 days of PTO, no regulation on clothing

      Cons

      Low pay, high duties, not enough compensation. You also need to spend ur money for a single coffee. Company does not provide u anything else other than water.

      1. Companies run the legal risk of admitting international students who have not yet obtained an ead early 2. Meetings are held in Korean even if foreigners are present 3. Severe workplace harassment and bullying 4. There is no respect in the company. Yelling at people is an insulting tactic used by managers. 5. There is no work life balance in this company, the company will call or text you anytime after vacation or work. 6. Colleagues and leaders will press for privacy questions and force employees to take personal time to attend parties.
