      IT has Good PTO amount

      Language barrier, unorganized, Very very low pay, they do not value degree / experience... all the same, 65k a year for all engineers even with masters. its honestly disrespectful for the amount of work required.

      As new graduates, it is a very good workplace where you can learn a lot manufacturing experience. They run as a big company.

      Cons

      Cross- functional team work very hard. Each department don't get along well.
