Great culture and growth for human capital

Pros

Even though it's South Korean-rooted, the company is trying to do the right things based on American standards (culture, benefits, etc.)

Cons

Growing very fast, sometimes people loose sight of their respective "swimlanes", but overall it's good to know you are part of this strategic growth.

Great benefits and pay, lacks in WFH flexibility

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay and work culture.

Cons

Very hierarchical, formal approval processes are unproductive, lacks flexibility for remote work despite global office environment. Doesn't make sense to require us to come into the office to hop on virtual calls with those who are not local when the same can be done at home.
