Pros

Company that values its employees, listens to them, treats them well, recognizes their contributions, and always looking to do better. From the onboarding experience, you feel valued and get a sense of what the culture and dynamic is like.

Cons

Only downside, company is growing rapidly, and with that comes bumps in policies and procedures and how information trickles from one department to another. But this is a common challenge.

Pros

All different teams work together in harmony trying to get the product in the line. Employees ideas and suggestions for improvement are taken into consideration. Great opportunities to move forward and up, since it is a start up

Cons

Cartersville factory is still under construction, so facilities are not fully operative. hope this will be fix in the next 2 months
