Qcells Enable is a bad place to work

Pros

The New York office attracts talented people, so you can build strong relationships with coworkers by being there. Working from home was a major perk, but rumor has it this may end soon. Room to grow within greater Qcells umbrella, which is a perk.

Cons

Management severely undervalues employees. Low pay compared to competitors, long hours with emails/messages outside of work hours often, and a toxic boss that does not appreciate his team and often puts down or yells at staff. HR is basically nonexistent.

Pros

The benefits are worth the long hours. The people are great.

Cons

Like with any job you always have the favorites that get away with everything.

Pros

It's a starting point just that

Cons

Overworking, you don't get paid overtime, you can't sit at all during your shift and your activities can be whatever they wish them to be not only engineering related activities
