      Pros

      Very good work environment, lighting and air condition makes you forget if its night or day, winter or summer... excellent temperature control. Paid breaks, paid vacation. Good insurance.

      Cons

      Long shifts, 12 hours. You are required to be doing something all the time, even is line is down. Depending on your shift, micromanagement will be an issue. To many reports, every hour, and too many people requesting information takes much of your time. There are not many opportunities to grow in the company
