      Pros

      One of the best company's I have worked for by far. The leadership really cares about the people and did an amazing job supporting us through the pandemic. With their flexible work schedules, ability to work remote, and excellent benefits - the company was unfazed by the pandemic. There is a lot of opportunity for growth if you are looking for it. Due to being a not-for-profit, the company has a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      The company should provide more opportunities for remote personnel to connect with one another. Virtual Happy Hours were great - they should be continued regularly throughout the year!
