      The benefits are generous. The organization is transparent and focused on work-life balance.

      Pros

      Retirement and medical benefits are pretty good. This company relies on government contracts, however, the contracts have been pretty solid.

      Cons

      Depending on who your manager is he/she may play favorites. HR also plays favorites and they lowball with salary. There's really no structured training for new hires and the company has a high turnover. This may be a good start for those who want to get some experience under their belt but not for long term.
