      Pros

      Vacation Time accrual and Casual Dress Code

      Cons

      HR is corrupt and rules don’t apply to them. If you’re exempt (salaried) you have more benefits (I.e, can work from home). Non exempt staff are treated as they are not trustworthy. They sit and watch employees on the cameras. They talk about employees to other employees.

      Flexible hours with decent pay.

      Cons

      Terrible management, leads (supervisors) don't respond to emails, take too long to review/approve submitted documents, way understaffed and under bid the contract, expectations unrealistic, dealing with CMS is a nightmare.
