Absolutely everything else.
I worked at Qlarant when they were called Qlarant. I worked there when they were Delmarva Foundation. When they were Health Integrity. I worked there before they moved.
Long story short, I worked there a long time -- and none of the core issues ever changed.
The management somehow got worse. There were the "hens of the roost" that everyone knew in the office were evil, evil women that talked about you behind your back, lied to your face, and no one held them accountable because they had been there for decades.
They made your life miserable.
The work itself was easy, and whenever you asked for more work or to show your value, you got dinged for it because it wasn't in your job.
They went through managers so fast that I stopped trying to learn new names. Always a new name for the IT Director. Always a new Team Lead for the Help Desk. A new VP for something else in Health Analytics. No one that had skills stayed for too long because the leadership was so laughably bad.
I used to come to work depressed, so I took it upon myself to go to school, do my school work while I was at my desk, and got out of there once I completed my four year degree.
Don't work here. They may have a new building, but they are literally vindictive and horrible people. A personal plea - DO NOT WORK HERE.
