Pros
Great team. Excellent retirement package You get a sense of accomplishment knowing you are catching the bad guys. Co workers are pleasant. Great overall culture.
Cons
The worst HR I’ve ever have to deal with in all the companies I’ve worked for. They make things unnecessarily difficult. HR policies are unfair, and just doesn’t make sense. HR personnel are rude, and unhelpful when you have questions. Pay is very low! Merit increase is never above 2% no matter how hard you work. No path for career growth.
