Pros

Hybrid Schedule & PTO, Sick Time that's about it.

Cons

Honestly everything else. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have egregious bullying tactics utilized to new hires with no support from management. Tenured employees just intimidate and micromanage you as well, with the approval from Leadership. Some employees don't follow the commercial m contractual obligation of the hybrid schedule, yet others who don't follow are threatened and scrutinized. Ancient platforms that malfunction daily and no solution is ever created to alleviate daily connectivity issues. Training is left up to tenured corrupted employees who intentionally leave salient details out just to jeopardize your job. Since working here I've received no support for my work ethic and accurate execution despite the issues encountered regularly. Random documents with confidential information are required to be filled out without any explanation as to why. Excessive meetings occur that are useless and inhibit goals from being met.

Pros

Lots of support from managers, co-worker are typically very helpful and operate on a team mentality. Job is pretty flexible with the ability to schedule your own meeting with the exception of the start date of reviews. The position is home based with all equipment provided. Lots of onboarding and continuing education training. Bi-weekly pay, decent benefits package. Low turn over rate Work can be difficult at times working with providers that are unorganized and/or unwilling to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

Cons

Reviews can be difficult sometimes with providers who are unorganized and /or unwilling to provide requested documentation in a timely manner and there aren't any real consequences. Requesting time off has to be done at least 3-4 months in advance because if review schedules. Although the schedule is pretty flexible, when leading a review the lead assessor works long hours to complete the report. Late nights are necessary to get the report completed accurately. Not enough training/support on report writing during the onboarding stage. Assessors are told to write the report and giving report writing guides which can be difficult to follow when you're on a time schedule to get the report completed for peer and manager review. Not much room for growth/advancement in this position as there is very little turn over.
